She earned an Associate's degree in Marketing Management, a Certificate in Community Association Management, and got her Associate Broker's license in 2015. She is a member of the Athens Apartment Association and an active member of the Athens Women's Council of Realtors.

Brooke is originally from Colbert, GA, and a Southern girl by all rights, but she has never said no to an adventure. She spent five years in Colorado working as a raft guide in the summers and a ski instructor in the winters. Brooke's hobbies include spending time with her family and dogs, spending time at the lake, working out, running, hiking, and camping. Ava is in 7th grade at Oconee County Middle School and Owen, 4 years old, attends CDL at McPaul in Athens.
